Are your products handmade?

Yes! All Bloom & Bubbles Co products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and care in every jar and bar.

Why do your soaps need curing time?

Our cold process soaps require a curing period of 4–6 weeks to allow excess water to evaporate and the bar to fully harden. This creates a longer-lasting, gentler soap that performs better on the skin.

What skin types are your products suitable for?

Our products are formulated for sensitive, dry, and eczema-prone skin, but are suitable for all skin types. We focus on gentle, nourishing ingredients.

Are your soaps safe for babies and kids?

Many of our soaps are gentle enough for babies and children. However, we always recommend a patch test, especially for infants and sensitive skin.

Do you use fragrance or essential oils?

Some products are unscented, while others use skin-safe essential oils or fragrance oils. Each product label clearly lists this information.

Are your products natural or organic?

We use naturally derived and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. While not all ingredients are certified organic, we prioritize clean, skin-loving formulations.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

Our products are cruelty-free. Some items contain animal-derived ingredients (such as tallow, goat milk, or breast milk), which will always be clearly stated.

Why do handmade soaps look different from bar to bar?

Each bar is handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, or shape are normal and part of the beauty of artisan skincare 🤍

Can I request custom or bulk orders?

Yes! We accept custom and bulk orders for events, gifts, or special requests. Please message us in advance for availability.

My tracking says “label created” or hasn’t updated. What does that mean?

This means your package has been prepared and is awaiting pickup or initial scan by the carrier. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and products so we can assist you.
