At Bloom & Bubbles Co, each item is handmade in small batches with care. Because our products are personal care items, we have a limited return policy to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of handmade skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A store credit, or
  • A refund (at our discretion)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used soaps, body butters, or skincare products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Custom or made-to-order items

Shipping Issues

Bloom & Bubbles Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
