Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
- During high-volume periods (launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer
- All products are made in small batches and handled with care
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We currently ship within the United States
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Bloom & Bubbles Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the package and item(s)
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. Bloom & Bubbles Co is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

- Estimated delivery time to Canada is 7–21 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- We do not have control over customs delays or fees imposed by Canadian authorities.
Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
- Please note that tracking updates may be limited once the package enters Canada.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier.
- Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
